Description

The owner of 127 Campbell has been diging dirt and cement from his backyard and dumping it into the Pal Soccer Field. There is a mound of dirt that reaches a good 3 feet of dirt and big chunks of cement. He has been digging this at night time until past 11 pm. So nobody see him dumping the dirt over the fence into the Pal Field. But the neighbors can hear the shoveling. We have informed Mike K at the Pal office and he is very upset and he also called Tina Encarnation about this. I'm sure this is breaking the law and there is a fine involved. PLEASE COME AND CHECK THIS OUT these neighbors have been a problem in our neighborhood..
