Description
Between 6:30AM and 7AM on Wednesdays the sprinkler shoots a stream of water into the darkened roadway reaching all the way past the middle of the street. It is at head height for cyclists and motorcycles. You can't see the stream until you are a couple of feet away. This is going to cause an accident.
