I have called my insurance company, who is handling this case, and they told me that the parks department is ignoring their calls. What is the next step? This has gone on long enough, with nothing being resolved. All I’m asking for is a reimbursement of $500. This is my deductible. I was told by a parks dept. employee, on the scene of the accident, that they would reimburse me. Why haven’t they? This is so wrong. Please move this case along, so I can receive what is due me.
