Resident reports that there is overgrown vegetation coming from a property at this location. The overgrown vegetation is affecting the view of drivers traveling in the area. Please investigate and address as soon as possible.

This is a problem when on Market trying to turn left onto James. Market st is below the level of James so the line of vision for car driver is blocked by the huge weed bush growing out of the sidewalk. Cars speed too fast on James all day long so this is hazardous situation at best.
