Good Afternoon,
I have lived as a renter at 433 Jersey Ave for 4 years. I love my apartment, but the litter on the sidewalk in front of our building, in the greenery surrounding our boulevard tree, and tossed in the general direction of our personal trash cans is overwhelming. I'm hoping you can tell me how I would make a request for a city-maintained trash can on the corner of our pedestrian-heavy block.
