Description
Since we moved here we have had a persistent rat problem. We have seen them on the back porch of the property next store and usually catch them coming in on gas lines through our common wall. We believe the property--2022 north capitol street--is abandoned and are not sure who it belongs to.

With all due respect i thin you missed the point: the abandoned home at 2022 North Capitol street IS the rat burrow! If you cant get inside, but can clearly see the house has been left to rot,then can you please let whoever in the dc gov that condemns homes know about the situation? That way we can deal with the fact the home IS a giant burrow? Simply closing the ticket because you couldnt get inside doesnt do anything to solve the problem.
