Description

The pedestrian walk button on the southeast corner of the intersection of College St and Elm St in New Haven has been broken for a few months. The other three walk buttons work, but if I repeatedly press the one on the SE corner, the traffic lights just keep cycling without getting a pedestrian walk sign.
