I see I didn't provide a description or park name. It is Lake Vista dog park. The dog wash drain is constantly overflowing and the water turns green and nasty. Some dogs drink it and lay in it.

This was fixed and cleaned up on Friday by two very competent guys. Cleaned out the drain and got rid of all the algae. Thank you to them!
