State of CT rented the underpass on State St. to a truck company and never told the area before doing it. This is a residential area fighting to improve it self and a area where wild flowers use to grow now has a bunch of trailers and trucks! The community should of be notified! At the least the state should put slats in the fence so the area does not have to look at this mess!! This property rental lowered the appearance of a struggling area!
