It's been years now and no action has been taken to fix the sidewalk in front of 356 Humphrey Street. It has been lifted by the tree planted by the City. People have tripped over this safety hazard. Also the tree limbs are growing over the wires that lead from the Street to the house. Exactly who is responsible for these repairs and why is it taking so long? If during the winter the wires are pulled down by these branches who pays for the damages? If someone is seriously hurt falling over the broken sidewalk who is responsible? HELP !!
