The homeowner had been doing construction on his property and informed me that he is finished with his project, so there will be no cars parked in front of his property from now on. I did a follow-up site inspection today 10/18 and there were no cars parked on site.

Take a closer look. The picture is obvious. This car/junker is parked in side yard and path. Junk. The other car issue was on the street -- Blk. Mtn. Road.

I did a site inspection and spoke with the homeowner. The area in which the car is parked, belongs to the property owner. This is not a pathway. The property owner, in good neighborly gesture, will move the car back about 20 feet.

The entire neighborhood is not happy with this parking and side yard storage. The place is an eyesore and degrades property values. Some are considering selling. LAH must have some ordinances or setback guidelines that apply..... Plus this owner has junk cars in drive and gets around overnite parking on frontage every day..... Pls. investigate. Thankyou.

I have spoken with the property owner regarding this issue and they are complying with the municipal code. This is a privately owned street and the code states Per Section 4-3.1006 All-night parking of the Town’s Municipal Code, “No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle on any street for a period longer than thirty (30) minutes between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. of any day. This property owner told me he always makes sure he removes his vehicles off the street and on to his driveway at these times. Case closed
