Description

Construction has been happening for awhile now on Leverington and Silverwood St. I can deal with this fact as well as the fact the construction crews put barricades up taking away precious parking in Manayunk. However, when I am "lucky" enough to park in that area on Leverington and walk towards Silverwood, there is no place for me to go. The sidewalk has been destroyed, hence the barricades on the other side. Those barricades were supposed to provide a walkway. It probably would have worked if the construction crews didn't store gigantic pipes there that you can't get around without walking in the road. There are signs on the actual barricades stating this was supposed to last until 1/21. It's now 1/29. Can someone look into this before someone gets hurt walking on Leverington?
