Cars coming from under the 70 bridge frequently attempt to cross the double yellows to get to the gas station, usually get stuck behind another car, hold up traffic (in an already congested area at rush hour), drive aggressively, and generally annoy people by trying to wedge their way though. A concrete median would be a huge help.
