It looks like the channel is being eroded above the rip rap and under running the creek bed.

Negative contact with the City of Raleigh. This continues to be an issue. I have had to discontinue a landscaping project since the issue has continued to progress adversely. May be the next step is to place this matter before the city council.

The City of Raleigh Engineering Services still has not acknowledge receipt of this issue

Still no contact with anyone representing the City of Raleigh Engineering Services or any other City of Raleigh entity.

The immediate neighbors however seem to enjoy filling the dry creek with leaf debris. That is fine with me since I collect the leaf debris as it migrates down the creek and put it in the compost pile. That is the only way I can rebuild the soil that is eroding.

No contact from anyone in Raleigh City government. I guess I have not sent enough tax dollars to interest them.

Unfortunately, the problem continues. See the most recent picture (from 180204) showing the almost five inches drop in the property landscape.

Raleigh still has not respneded in any manner. I am nearing my planned landscape project launch. Let's hope they have something to add before we start moving dirt.

Still have not heard anything from the City of Raleigh's Engineering Dept. I am about to begin a large landscaping project. It might be nice to have a "its not a problem" blessing from the City before I invest my money and time.

Second versus same as the first. The City of Raleigh does not seem to acknowledge that there is a problem. The water continues to erode the creek bed.

I have been attempting to gain the attention of the Raleigh City Engineers. They were notified 170903 and a See/Click/Fix ticket submitted as well. Copies of both are available upon request.

Our lots took a beating. Matt's fence <6309 Belle Crest>is now severely angled to the point were it likely collapse if a strong wind or "high water" reaches it again last night 180521. Chen's lot <6303 Belle Crest>suffered a significant amount of flooding due to the design "storm run-off creek". My house <6305 Belle Crest> was completely surrounded by several inches of water. Our creek runs well. But the storm drains above us are beginning to erode under our "collection basin". When that happens our lots/houses are gone and unsaleable. Sherrin did us no favor by putting a "bend" in the creek at the collection basin. The city needs to solve the problem like they did 6429 Belle Crest.
