Description
That LOUD Bouy from the river, sounds off EVERY-night. I live at least a half mile to a mile or more, from the river and bridge, but I can hear that bouy horn in my bedroom like I am outside...It wakes me several times a night, going for hours or just 10 minutes, either way I start concentrating on it and get (angry), and cannot go back to sleep. (I's constant and repeating, very annoying to try to sleep to)
I have to get to the bottom of this disturbing of the peace!!
It does not need to be that loud, I CANNOT BE THE ONLY ONE WHO HEARS THIS God-awful thing at night...Something MUST be done...???
PLEASE, Government of Fall River, help; either quiet it down or stop it all together...Not fair to people that have to get up in the morning after a night listening to that horn...Please!

There are other ways to warn and control harbor traffic...I myself, worked aboard Tug Boats across the Intercoastal waterway in the Gulf of Mexico, from FLA to TX, in the 1990's as a Tankerman for Hollywood Marine, Inc. Never have we had to use, of even had the opportunity to "hear" any bouys at all, marine traffic is guided by radar, and light, NOT Audible sound...so while your ignorance is excusable, your attitude is not, J.
