Description

The pavement in the westbound lane is buckled, worn and uneven. Busses and trucks traveling fast will actually rattle the walls. On occasion I have seen drivers lose control briefly, enough to send a vehicle into pedestrians. This is a dangerous and noisy situation and must be corrected ASAP. The DOT should consider an concrete slab installation since the high heat from Con Ed steam lines exacerbate the problem within weeks of a fix with asphalt.
