When is the Manchester Police Department going to investigate the illegal use of taxpayers money in the Eighth Utilities District? The articles in recent week depicting how O'Marra transferred funds to cover Bowen's tax bills should be enough to start an investigation. I don't pay taxes to cover someone else's tax bill! It's pretty clear to me that if taxes weren't taken out of her pay to cover, then she got overpaid so she should owe that money not the Eighth District. What else is going on down there that we don't know about?
