Yeah, makes.you want to report our authorities to the Solano County Sheriff's department just to see if they will communicate a verbal, text and/or email to the appropriate department and/or person(s).

Call the Solano County Sheriff's to perform a 'welfare check' on the City of Vallejo Police department. Why? Because, the Vallejo PD hotline is inoperable and out of commission? Or Vallejo PD just doesn't have the manpower and/or resources to investigate these see-click-fix issues? Hmm! Ain't that peculiar?

What do you think it would take to change the attitude of the workers that handle this ?
Code Enforcement Division is a city of Vallejo agency and the workers are paid by the taxpayers and are supposed to be enforcing the law, but you can actually see their work ethic. A fish stinks from the head down.

Maybe contact the Board of Realtors. They seem to be happily exploiting the news about Vallejo being the fastest growing housing market. How would that look if there was an announcement that civil society has started to break down in Vallejo, and the city management were doing nothing about it?
