During rains, Siena Drive gets extremely flooded due to run-off from the Siena condo community construction site. This runoff needs to be controlled as it is overloading the storm drains on Siena. Doesn't Wake Forest have better requirements and regulations for construction sites? Every construction site I came by this evening in town on my way home was causing roadway issues. Contractors should be fined if they have not controlled runoff better than this. We can do better than this, Wake Forest. C'mon....
