Description

The section of Mullholland between Roscomare and Woodcliff is full of potholes. There is one short stretch that is exceptionally bad. So bad, in fact, that the City has put up "rough road" signs. Driving over that section of Mullholland is especially dangerous with these potholes because of the curves in the road, making it difficult to keep the steering under control.

I hit one of these the other day heading west located just west of Woodcliff Rd. Blew out both tires on right side and damaged rims. Cost: $2,000.00! I filed a notice with the city. One can only hope.

What does it take for the city to act on this? This has been an open issue for months. It's easy to lose control of the car going around the curves on Mulholland while hitting these potholes. Will the city act on this only if there is a fatal head-on collision that is attributable to these potholes?

Every week or so, you send me another message asking if this has been fixed. It has not. Instead of asking me if this has been fixed, why doesn't the city just fix this street, and be done with it?
