This is multiple issues which is why I am reporting it as other. Driving down Bond street today I noticed a lot of dumped trash along the street including tires and other items. There is also a car on jacks with an engine on the ground in front of it. Maybe you can have someone drive down the entire street to assess the issue. Thank you.
