Jane, et al.,

I was on the site yesterday (Eva Mar) and the tracking onto Rte 543 was from contractors for BGE re-locating power lines (during a rain event!) from the old utility poles to new utility poles.
I have made a couple of phone calls already this morning in an attempt to remedy this situation, but utility contractors are notorious for their disregard of common sense housekeeping.
That being said, I will be out there again this morning as a follow up and I will update you later today on the condition of the road surface, etc.
