I do not live in Ocean view apartments. My apartment is at 35A Lexington Avenue. But we are not allowed to put our trash on Lexington Avenue. So I’ve been instructed by my landlord to put my trash on Hesperus Avenue as we have a right-of-way access to the back of our apartments through the Oceanview apartments parking lot

Our unit is right next to Lorenzo‘s hair salon, if that helps

The issue is that it appeared that the trash was being put out by someone in the Ocean View Apartments.

I am not sure why you were told that you were not allowed to put your trash out on Lexington Ave, It would be best for all and eliminate the confusion if you did. The City does not have an issue with you putting your trash out in front of your unit on Lexington Avenue.

I will have this taken care of for you, but unfortunately not until Monday. I will instruct the hauler to collect the barrel on Lexington Avenue.
