Description

Two vehicles in driveway, one with expired tags and two flat tires, the other with perhaps a broken window (tarp being used to cover window area). Bicycles lined up along backside of house. Beer cases, cardboard in and around fire pit waiting to be burned. Garage used as a bar. Property is an eyesore and bar is a nuisance.
