Description

Storm sewers at the intersection of Schuett Street and S. Hubbard Street are always clogged with debris during a rainstorm causing flooding/drainage into yards. The village is hardly ever, if at all, over her to take care of this, and they leave it up to the residents. That is not their responsibility. Please fix.
