I have personally called about this problem for over a month. Streets referred it to water dept and closed the ticket. The water company supposedly inspected it and didn't see a problem and closed the ticket. I called again on Monday and streets said they would come out to look again. Meanwhile, somebody is going to be seriously get hurt in this heavily pedestrian trafficked area in Old City!

I have seen people trip in this hole. This area is frequented by elderly folks and tour groups of children. This needs to be fixed! Someone is going to get VERY hurt soon, if not.
