Opis

The pavement along the southbound side (2 feet or so from the curb) of Caldwell Road is rough and has developed pot holes and cracks. DeKalb Co had done road work and not re-paved the road very well. It wasn't an issue until they installed traffic islands that now force cars to drive close to the curb over the rough areas, which has made it worse.
