This encampment is blocking the entire sidewalk and bike lane, and people from the encampment are LITERALLY sitting and conducting business in traffic. Disabled cannot get by safely. Remove this encampment immediately. Seriously, Oakland, how can let all these different groups of people's safety be at risk continuously?? This seems like a huge liability for the city. Get your act together, for real.
