I think timing of existing lights at Manhattan Ave & Jefferson need to be adjusted. Even when driving, I am unable to leave Pershing field at Troy and get across Summit Av even driving a car so the pedestrians don't even stand a chance. The flow of traffic is so constant that I cannot pull out into traffic enough to turn or see pedestrians.
