I walk by this house daily and they just seem to throw their trash bags out during the week into the yard instead of putting them in a trash can. I can't believe they use their entire front yard as a trash bin. I'm sure it causes a rat problem, aside from the fact that it's so inconsiderate to the neighbors. My guess is that they are students who could care less. I'd love to know who owns the house.
