I'm writing to report issues at or around 200 15th Street. This is the side of an abandoned church at the corner of Grove St. & 15th Street, around the corner from the St. Lucys. There is a stoop on the 15th St. side of the church where vagrants congregate and garbage collect. There is also an issue of drug dealing and use at this location. If there is any way your office could contact the relevant authorities, I would appreciate it. I am trying to do so as well.
