W/O#5516807 NEED SPOTS STARTING FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF INTERSECTION OF LAZARO ST & REVILLA ST, THEN GOING NORTHEAST ON NEW ROAD FOR ABOUT 290FT ; THEN TURNING LEFT ( NORTHWEST DIRECTION) AND GOING FOR ABOUT 660FT (SPOT ON BOTH SIDES OF NEW ROAD, FIVE FEET BEYOND RIGHT OF WAY); THEN TURNING TO THE RIGHT (EAST) ON NEW ROAD AND GOING FOR ABOUT 290FT(ENDING POINT) WILL NEED SPOTS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ROAD. WILL BE INSTALLING STREET LIGHTS
