Hey Joni, I believe you will have better luck calling the city then getting a response here. I never received any responses for my request. The light was fixed a very long time after this post, but I don't believe it had any correlation to this site. Good luck!

Thank you for reporting. My Agency is Federal Agency for Administrative Support, and I will do all I can to resolve these concerns. Lights out should be reported to the Public Utilities.gov, and perhaps SDG&E, I am new at this but will try to resolve these incidents.
