Description

After digging up a recently repaved portion of Welham Ave, a contractor for BGE left the road in a deplorable condition. In order to keep from ruining your car's suspension, one must drift over the yellow line, causing a potential dangerous situation. Miller Piping was the contractor and have left the road in horrible condition, there is no excuse for this. Thank you in advance for looking into this.
