Visu-Sewer has televised this storm sewer section and it has discovered that Com Ed bored through the top of the pipe.

Does the Village contact Com Ed to repair?

Yes, the Village will work with Com Ed to get the repairs completed.

I have contacted Com Ed and they have created a work ticket. The repair department will be contacting me within 5-7 days. I will post a new update as I receive them.

We are still currently working with AT&T to verify who has actually caused the damage. It appears that this 4" PVC duct under the road is occupied by AT&T, Comcast and Possibly Com Ed.

The only problem is that the more water that flows through that area the more the concrete roadway itself sinks. It currently is sinking half way across. This sinking broken concrete will be replaced also correct?

That is correct the concrete will be repaired as well.

The pipe has bee repaired, all that will be left will be restoration of the lawn. this will be scheduled when weather and materials become available.
