We actually have no HOA here. It hasn’t been around for over 15!years. It was dissolved. I ran into the same issue over the drainage pond her too. We are taxed for the lighting. It shows up on the tax bill every year. Please feel free to contact me too. A light on the pole we have just facing CR1 and upgrading to led would be I guess the issue
Thanks

Bobby,
My apologies, I assumed all of Wexford was one big HOA. If you don't have an active HOA, the process is similar, in that I will still need a formal written request from a property owner within the lighting district. You can direct the request to me at Pinellas County Traffic Engineering, 22211 US Highway 19 N, Bldg #1, Clearwater, FL 33765-2328, Attn: Jim Cannon, Street Lighting Districts. Once I receive the written request, I will request a lighting proposal from Duke Energy. I have the ability to administratively approve changes in lighting districts, as long as it does not increase last years assessments by more than 15%. Should you have additional questions, please contact me at 727-464-8818, or jcannon@pinellascounty.org.
