Description

This is the third time I’ve made a recycle cart request and none have been delivered to me, although the city keeps closing th case saying it’s been solved. Someone stole my recycle cart months ago and I have been unable to find an efficient way to recycle. Please, send me a cart as soon as possible. I’m getting very tired of this
