I am a resident of Greenspire. The light at the corner of Bigby is working but would be more effective with a "Stop here on Red sign" Most days I am waiting at the light 3-5 minute before it recognizes a vehicle is present and changes. Many people have started to run the light because they are tired of waiting. Love that the light is there but it functionality is becoming more dangerous than helpful.
