There is a horrible stench in West Chester! It has been going on for years and it is getting worse. The air quality reports say it is fine. The word of mouth reports say it is Mushrooms. This morning the Wind is from the East. The Mushrooms are to the West - how does that work?
I have smelled this before in Virginia. it is the smell of Textile pollutants beyond emissions standards.
