Description
There seems to be a very strong and fowel smell 90% of the time, followed the lines/rubber tubes that run above ground behind this location and it ends at what looks like a large man hole in woods. I wonder if lines were ran improperly?

The Central Lines crew went to go check the area. No fowl smell was detected and no black tubes were found. Can you please call the Utilities Department at 229-259-3592, so that we may have a better description. Or take a picture of the area.
