Description
Coming out of Midtown, there are currently two left turn lanes, one straight lane (to the I440 Ramp) and one right turn lane. The right turn lane should also support traffic going straight onto I440. Everyday the single straight line is backed up back through the intersection in front of Harris Teeter, and no one is in the right turn lane.
