The road needs direction arrows or signs posted wether for turning into US19 or crossing 19. This is a big issue with this stop light.

It's a dangerous intersection at the best of times, since East-West through traffic has the green light at the same time as left turns onto US-19. It's been worse since the arrows were not replaced the last time it was repaved.
The lack of arrows was reported about a year ago; the County claimed it was Innisbrook's responsibility as the owners of the private drive. Innisbrook claimed to have ceded maintenance to the County.

Innisbrook Drive is a private road. You will need to talk to the management firm. Both Pinellas County and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) have requested the arrows be installed - but it is private property, and we are not allowed to use our funds for private roads.
US Hwy 19 North is under the jurisdiction of the FDOT. The owner would have had to have a driveway permit with the FDOT; so the FDOT would have more influence than Pinellas County. *******************
Thank you for taking the time to “Report an Issue” via Doing Things for you ! However the issue you have reported is not within our jurisdiction. Your report has been forwarded to the Florida Department of Transportation; you may also voice your concerns by contacting them at (727) 575-8300. Thank you for your input!

Innisbrook will not maintain it. When they bother to respond at all, they insist that maintenance at the intersection was ceded to the County.
I do not care who is correct, or if one party misfiled some records. I care that my family and I have to contend with this intersection every single day. Innisbrook doesn't take my calls because I am not a guest; surely Pinellas and the FDOT have a little more clout than I do to figure out whose job it is.
