all drivers are trained on 5 foot law. lack of bus information makes this complaint impossible to follow up on. drivers are also trained on this law during defensive driving which is given every 4 years. defensive driving does have a bicycle safety portion. buses will be monitored for compliance.

The picture shows the bus information so do not accept "impossible to follow up on". The information including license plate and time of day has been provided. Perhaps training every 4 years is not enough and certainly when another road user is overtaken by a close passing bus there is an "issue" that needs attention.
