In the wake of recent reports that wifi wpa2 security has been compromised by hackers, I have been watching for activity outside my home. This morning I saw a black SUV sitting out front with light emanating from the drivers lap. It appeared to be a laptop computer. I started to approach the vehicle to inquire about what was going on. The car drove away as I approached. I was not able to get the license plate. Certain,y this is not a 911 situation, but who can we call when we see this type of activity. I see it all the time...Day and night
