This place has been under construction for a decade with no end in sight. It is disturbing to traffic patterns. It is dangerous to drivers & pedestrians. The construction cost of one full decade of repairs far exceeds the value of the building. Not only that, it is an eyesore to the community. The epitome of govt waste on full display.
