Description

There is an issue with the traffic light senor at Cowart Ave and Ashley St controlling hospital traffic entering and leaving the property. Vehicles that are leaving the hospital property are waiting 10 to 15 minutes at the light due to the light not changing. We are having issues with vehicles turning right onto Ashley and U-turing in the missdle of the street so they travel north bound. We are asking that someone look into issue as soon as possible. The problem seems to take place the most between 1130am-4pm
