Why should the City of Vallejo remove an RV for FREE.

They don’t do it for “free”, but the other option is to just leave all motorhomes sitting on the road creating blight. They can dump their sewage down the gutter, garbage on the sidewalk, most are not roadworthy and have expired registration or no license plate at all, etc. At least Vallejo has figured out it’s best to clean the stuff up otherwise nobody’s gonna want to move here, or stay in this town for that matter. Unfortunately the city doesn’t seem to have the resources to pursue these people and collect the fees or fines.
