Opis
Traffic flow backs up for blocks in front of Whole Foods on Victory Drive. There are several "islands" in front of turn lanes into the shopping center. If these were removed and the turn lane lengthened, it would then allow for more cars to exit south on the Truman instead of being stuck in line with cars going under the Truman.
