I do apologize for the lengthy delay. After a field investigation and review of the drawings of the railings at the Waterfront, Public Works will look into whether the spacing is in compliance with current code. Again I do apologize for the delay in response and I will do my best to keep you updated on this issue in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
