Forwarded complaint to Housing Inspector for rat inspection.

I could find no evidence of wildlife (raccoons, skunks, groundhogs, etc.)living on the property. The barrier and one-way door the owner put up around the porch is intact.
Spoke to several neighbors. Their main concern was rats. I'm forwarding this complaint to Alison Conboy for Housing Inspection by Health Dept.

No concrete evidence of Rodents at this property. Owner is obtaining a pest control company to conduct an inspection and service if necessary.

Were you able to go into the shed? Will someone be checking that the homeowner follows through since he never does unless forced by the city? Thank you for checking but I disagree with your finding since I saw 3 rats.
